These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the NotebookConverter web application (“Service”) operated by AMEMORI LABS LTD (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

	2.	Description of the Service

The Service allows users to upload Jupyter Notebook files (.ipynb) and generate PDF or TEX outputs.

Optional AI features may generate:
	•	abstracts
	•	figure captions
	•	table captions

The Service does not execute notebook code.

	3.	User Accounts

Users authenticate via third-party providers (Google, GitHub, Apple).

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and session.

	4.	User Content Responsibility

You are solely responsible for all content you upload or process using the Service (“User Content”).

You represent and warrant that:
	•	you have all necessary rights to use the content
	•	your use does not violate any law or third-party rights

The Company does not review or monitor User Content.

The Company is not responsible for:
	•	illegal content
	•	infringing content
	•	confidential or sensitive data

You assume full responsibility for all outputs generated by the Service.

	5.	Acceptable Use

You agree not to:
	•	use the Service for unlawful purposes
	•	attempt to abuse, overload, or disrupt the Service
	•	bypass limits or protections
	•	upload malicious or harmful content

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for abuse.

	6.	Credits, Billing, and Subscriptions

The Service may operate using:
	•	prepaid credits
	•	subscription plans

Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store payment details.

Credits:
	•	are non-transferable
	•	may expire depending on the plan
	•	are consumed after successful output download/finalization

Subscriptions:
	•	renew automatically unless cancelled
	•	can be managed through your account

Refunds are handled in accordance with Stripe policies and applicable law.

	7.	Artificial Intelligence Features

If AI features are enabled:
	•	portions of notebook content may be sent to an AI provider

For premium features:
	•	AI may use Company-managed providers

Otherwise:
	•	users may provide their own API keys

The Company does not control third-party AI providers.

	8.	AI Output Disclaimer

AI-generated content may be:
	•	incorrect
	•	incomplete
	•	misleading

You are solely responsible for reviewing all generated outputs.

The Company makes no guarantees regarding AI output quality or accuracy.

	9.	Service Availability

The Service is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE”.

We do not guarantee:
	•	uptime
	•	availability
	•	performance
	•	error-free operation

	10.	Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AMEMORI LABS LTD shall not be liable for:
	•	loss of data
	•	incorrect outputs
	•	financial loss
	•	research errors
	•	AI-generated inaccuracies
	•	business interruption

You assume full responsibility for use of the Service and its outputs.

	•	Uploaded files and generated artifacts are processed temporarily
	•	Files and artifacts are deleted after successful download, cancellation, or automated cleanup
	•	Some metadata (jobs, usage, billing) is stored
